This page summarizes how Medallion Maze ("MM", "we") operates. Plain language, not lawyer language.

terms of use

By using MM you agree:

• You're at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK).
• You won't impersonate other people, harass other users, or upload illegal content.
• You retain ownership of what you make on MM. You grant MM a license to display your contributions inside the platform.
• Sessions are ephemeral by design. Things you make may disappear unless both parties keep them.
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
• MM is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running but don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or feature continuity.

privacy

MM's architecture is anti-broadcast and consent-based. We collect what's needed to run the product, no more.

• Account data: email, name, photo, your taste preferences. Used for matching, identity reveal, and account recovery.
• Session content: stored only as long as needed (often deleted within 24 hours unless preserved).
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers — Stripe holds them.
• Push notifications: only sent for events you've opted into.
• We don't sell your data to advertisers. We don't run an ad network.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

ip + takedown policy

MM respects the intellectual property rights of others. If your copyrighted work, trademark, name, image, or likeness appears on MM without authorization, you can submit a takedown request and we'll review within 72 hours.

This includes:

• Copyrighted images, text, music, or video used without permission
• Trademarks used in ways that suggest unauthorized affiliation
• Your name, photo, or likeness used commercially without consent (right of publicity)
• Private information shared without your permission

repeat infringer policy

Accounts found to repeatedly upload infringing content will be suspended. Decisions are final after appeal review.

If you believe content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice with proof of authorization. Email contact@medallionmaze.com.
